Taking the JR Central Line in Tokyo as an elephant, currency conversion is carried out on the travel time and fatigue cost of workers along the route. In order to enable commuter passengers to recover from fatigue while riding crowded routes, it is assumed that a certain period of rest is required to convert the non-monetary cost of fatigue into time. Then, the travel time including the fatigue conversion time is included into the specific utility function, and the rental function derived from the utility function is calculated by using the rent data of the rental houses along the JR Central Line, so as to calculate the utility incorporating the fatigue degree display variable Function parameters. Logarithmic linear approximation is made to the rent function which plays an important role in the analysis, and then the obtained rent function is differentiated by the crowding degree. The fatigue cost caused by the increase of the congestion degree is measured. This measurement can be used to find out the external uneconomical effect of commuting one bus commuter between stations. As a result, it is possible to obtain a reasonable ride fare level for alleviating motor fatigues at the commuter rush hour JR Chuo Line.
