为了解嵊泗列岛饮食业食具卫生状况及消毒质量,加强对食具卫生的管理和监督,对1998年1~12月所采的822份食具消毒效果检测的结果进行综合分析,报告如下。材料与方法1.检测对象本县饮食业直接给顾客使用的碗、盆、碟、匙子、杯子、筷子等食具。2.按GBI4934—94中纸片法规定的方法进行采样、检测及结果评价。所用纸片为南京三爱实业有限公司制造的专用大肠菌群快速检测纸片,效期内使用。
