作者提出了活化的巨噬细胞的抗病毒活性及试验方法,对其结果进行了讨论。试验用8～10周龄雄性 BALB/c 小鼠。在取巨噬细胞前5～7天腹腔内注射灭活短小棒状杆菌菌苗(CP)70mg/kg。所用病毒为2型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-2)及水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)。
The authors propose antiviral activity of activated macrophages and test methods, the results were discussed. Male BALB / c mice at 8 to 10 weeks of age were tested. 5 to 7 days before taking macrophages intraperitoneal injections of inactivated Corynebacterium parvum vaccine (CP) 70mg / kg. The viruses used were herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-2) and vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV).
