写字教学质量的提高,关键是教师素质和学生兴趣。 教师素质关键在于自我修养,无论你的毛笔字水准达到什么境界都须不断修炼。教师的素质是不一的,有的能写一手漂亮的字而缺乏较好的教学能力;有的基础知识和书写能力都不在行。如何解决自我修养?笔者认为不能视写字为语文科或其他学科的一种仅仅是完成作业的工具。应该与其他学科同等被重视,教师应多利用业余时间练字,这样不但自己的字日渐训练规范,而且学生也会潜移默化受到影响,练好字,写好字。
