面对国外航空寡头企业的人才垄断与封锁,北研中心早谋划早动手,确立了每年引进海外高层次人才不少于10名的目标。两年前,为了实现前沿技术和基础研究的重大跨越,与上海研究院形成中国商飞人才基地的双引擎,中国商飞决定在北京未来科技城建设北研中心,借此平台解决我国民机产业技术储备薄弱、整体创新能力不强的问题。
