本文在持续性结扎左冠状动脉前降支造成人工心肌梗塞(简称心梗)模型的狗身上,以梗塞初期的心外膜心电图ST段改变和梗塞24 h后左心室心肌用硝基四氮唑蓝(N-BT)染色测定的心梗范围为指标,进一步研究了茜草提取物——茜Ⅰ和茜Ⅱ对人工心梗的治疗作用。实验表明,静脉注射茜Ⅰ或茜Ⅱ(剂量为20mg/kg,每4h一次,共3次)均有降低ST段抬高和缩小心梗范围的作用,其中以茜Ⅱ最明显,提示茜Ⅱ更有可能成为治疗冠心病的药物。
