为研究高性能轻集料混凝土(简称HPLC)的力学特性、工作性能以及配制技术,采用高强膨胀页岩陶粒等原材料成功调配出HPLC,并优选其中3组典型配比试样作为研究对象,对不同龄期下HPLC的抗压强度、劈拉强度、抗折强度、折压比、弹性模量等力学特征与工作性能进行分析。研究得出:该混凝土28d立方体抗压强度、轴抗强度、劈拉强度、抗折强度及静弹性模量分别高达57.9 MPa、49.9 MPa、3.6 MPa、6 MPa、34.5×103 MPa,得到了配制HPLC的关键方法。
In order to study the mechanical properties, workability and preparation technology of high-performance light aggregate concrete (HPLC), HPLC was successfully prepared using raw materials such as high-strength expanded shale ceramsite and three typical samples were selected as research objects, The mechanical properties and working performance of HPLC under different ages were analyzed, such as compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, folding pressure ratio and elastic modulus. The results show that the compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, flexural strength and static elastic modulus of the cube of 28d are as high as 57.9 MPa, 49.9 MPa, 3.6 MPa, 6 MPa and 34.5 × 103 MPa, respectively.
