多年来,济南四建(集团)有限责任公司法律顾问处积极参与公司经营决策,通过法律手段维护了企业的合法权益,为公司减少了巨额经济损失,多次被评为省、市级法律顾问工作先进单位。在开展企业法律顾问工作中,我们的作法和体会是: 一、落实机构,为企业经营和决策提供服务 市场经济要求企业必须在法律的规则上从事生产经营活动。企业设置法律顾问工作机构,配备律师和专职司法工作人员,协助企业领导者依法做好经营工作,就会使企业不断走向健康发展之路。为此,从1995年开始,公司领导决定将原来司法办公室所负担的清理拖欠款业务和法律顾问工作两项业务细化量化,成立了专职的法律顾问处。法律顾问处现有专业人员6人,其中具有律师资格的3人,法律工作
