浙江个体私营经济的快速健康发展,得益于改革开放以来发展环境的不断优化。伴随着我国加入世贸组织,以及浙江周边地区个私经济的快速发展,浙江个私经济面临新的竞争格局,其中发展环境的竞争日益成为一种最为重要的竞争。浙江个私经济要继续保持领先地位,必须不断改善发展环境,提高环境竞争力。本文在调查基础上,对浙江个私经济发展环境作了基本评估,分析了与周边省份的差距;指出发展环境的改进方向要有利于“差异型竞争优势”的形成、有利于向“集约型增长方式”的转变、有利于“国际化竞争模式”的构建;并就进一步改善浙江个私经济发展环境提出了对策建议。
The rapid and healthy development of the individual and private economy in Zhejiang benefited from the continuous optimization of the development environment since the reform and opening up. With China’s accession to the WTO and the rapid development of individual and private businesses in the periphery of Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang’s individual and private economy is facing a new competitive landscape. Competition in the development environment is increasingly becoming one of the most important competitions. In order to maintain its leading position in the private and private economy in Zhejiang, it is necessary to continuously improve its development environment and enhance its environmental competitiveness. Based on the investigation, this paper makes a basic assessment of the development environment of private economy in Zhejiang Province and analyzes the gap with neighboring provinces. It points out that the direction of the development environment should be conducive to the formation of “differentiated competitive advantage” Growth mode “is conducive to the construction of” international competition mode "; and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to further improve the development environment of private economy in Zhejiang Province.
