江泽民总书记提出“以德治国”,落实到企业就是“以德兴企”。但在实践中有一部分企业经营者和员工认为“从严治厂”不那么重要了,这种观点是非常有害的。实践和理论都证明,只有把“以德兴企”和“从严治厂”有机地结合起来,才能取得实质性的效果,企业才能持续、稳定地发展。“从严治厂”是企业生存发展的必要条件。“从严治厂”是企业按照法律法规,依据企业的发展战略和具体目标,对员工的生产经营活动进行严格的管理,包括严密组织、系统控制和有力约束。“不以规矩,不成方圆”,缺乏严格管理的企业是难以长久发展的。也正是由于我们在改革开放之后,重新强调“从严治厂”,才使企业逐渐摆脱了
