教学质量和就业率是高职院校生存和发展的基础,进行教学改革在所难免。近年来,作为全国示范高职院校的海南经贸职业技术学院财务管理系全体教师树立以能力为本位的新观念,将实践教学改革和考试改革作为教学改革的切入点,从课程体系、教学模式、实践教学、师资培训等方面进行了大胆的改革探索和实践,取得了一定的成效。
Teaching quality and employment rate are the basis for the survival and development of higher vocational colleges. Teaching reform is inevitable. In recent years, all the teachers in the Department of Finance and Management of Hainan Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Business, as a model vocational college in our country, have set up a new concept based on abilities, taking practical teaching reform and examination reform as starting points for teaching reform. From the perspective of curriculum system, teaching mode , Practical teaching, teacher training and other aspects of the bold reform of exploration and practice, and achieved some results.
