一、引言上虞市2005届、2007届高考体育考生在体育术科考试中,铅球成绩的整体水平相对低下,这跟学生的理论知识、身体素质、心理素质存在着一定的内在联系。铅球技术比较复杂,要想把铅球推得远,就必须要有完善的技术和一般身体素质,力量、速度素质显得更为重要。必须从影响原地推铅球成绩的内因切入,在理论指导下进行科学、系统的训练,提高原地推铅球成绩。
