目的:探讨激光松解虹膜后粘连的有效方法。方法:对因多种原因所致的虹膜后粘连136例155只眼分别用Nd∶YAG激光、氪红激光及二者联合3种方法进行击射以松解粘连。结果:155只眼经激光解除粘连使瞳孔扩大至直径≥6.5mm者111只眼占71.6%;瞳孔直径扩大5.5～6.4mm者24只眼占15.4%;瞳孔直径扩大≤5.5mm20只眼占13%。粘连全部解除瞳孔近圆者102只眼;粘
Objective: To study the effective method of laser releasing the iris adhesion. Methods: One hundred and sixty-six cases (155 eyes) of posterior iridocorneal adhesions were fired by Nd:YAG laser, krypton red laser and a combination of the two methods to release the adhesions. Results: In 155 eyes, pupil was expanded to 71.6% in 111 eyes with diameter ≥6.5mm, in 24 eyes with pupil diameter 5.5 ~ 6.4mm, 15.4% in pupil diameter. %.
