基于沥青混合料级配间断性评价指标当量粒径比,分别结合代表级配偏粗、居中和偏细的3种函数模型——指数函数模型、幂函数模型和对数函数模型,分析4.75 mm通过率和2.36 mm粒径含量双因素与当量粒径比的关系,改进原有当量粒径比与4.75 mm通过率单因素非线性公式。研究结果表明:当量粒径比与2.36 mm粒径含量符合幂函数模型;4.75 mm通过率与2.36 mm粒径含量对当量粒径比的权重比为60%∶40%;将4.75 mm通过率和2.36 mm粒径含量分别与当量粒径比进行回归,两者回归系数的统计关系式有所不同。以16 mm公称最大粒径沥青混合料为例,验证了该新型级配间断性模型不仅符合评价指标的定义,而且计算结果更加准确。
Based on the equivalent particle size ratio of asphalt mixture grading intermittent evaluation index, the author combined three kinds of function models representing exponential gradation, centering and thinning - exponential function, power function and logarithmic function respectively, and analyzed 4.75 mm Pass rate and the relationship between the two factors of 2.36 mm particle size and the equivalent particle size ratio, and improve the original equivalent particle size ratio and single factor nonlinear equation of 4.75 mm pass rate. The results show that the equivalent particle size ratio and particle size of 2.36 mm fit the power function model; the weight ratio of 4.75 mm through 2.36 mm particle size to the equivalent particle size ratio is 60%: 40%; the 4.75 mm through rate and 2.36 mm particle size and equivalent particle size ratio were regressed, the statistical relationship between the two regression coefficients are different. Taking the 16 mm nominal maximum particle size asphalt mixture as an example, the discontinuous model of the new gradation is verified not only to meet the definition of evaluation index but also to make the calculation result more accurate.
