创伤或烧伤后机体处于超高代谢,大量蛋白质分解,常表现有严重的负氮平衡,血清蛋白质和氨基酸明显下降。七十年代静脉高营养的技术发展以后,得以从静脉途径补充足量的氮基酸和热量,解决病人单纯依靠摄食不能满足增长的营养需要。1978年我所首先在国内研制成功以日本商品Moriamin S—2为模式的11种结晶氨基酸注射液,该种注射液,主要以必需氨基酸为组成,以正常人体需要量为依据,故为通用型。
After the trauma or burn, the body is in high metabolism, a large number of protein decomposition, often showed a serious negative nitrogen balance, serum protein and amino acids decreased significantly. After the development of intravenous nutrition in the seventies, it has been possible to supplement sufficient amounts of nitrogen acid and calories from the venous route to address the nutritional needs of patients who simply can not meet the increased demand for food intake. In 1978, we firstly developed 11 kinds of crystalline amino acid injection which is successfully modeled on Moriamin S-2 in Japan. The injection is mainly composed of essential amino acids and is based on the requirement of normal human body. Therefore, it is of universal type .
