目的:探究乌司他丁(UTI)对脓毒症小鼠淋巴细胞凋亡的影响及其作用机制。方法:选取由某军医大学实验动物中心提供的40只雄性小鼠,将其随机分成Sham组(假手术组)、CLP组(盲肠结扎穿孔组)、UTIip组(术后0.5 h腹腔内给药10万U/kg UTI)、UTIiv组(术后0.5 h尾静脉给药10万U/kg UTI),于CLP术后予以取材,对脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞凋亡状况进行检测,分析淋巴细胞凋亡情况。结果:UTIip组、UTIiv组、CLP组的胸腺、脾脏淋巴细胞凋亡程度均较Sham组高,UTIiv组、UTIip组均较CLP组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),证实UTI治疗可诱导脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞凋亡程度下降。结论:尾静脉或腹腔予以UTI可促使脓毒症小鼠脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞凋亡程度下降,临床上应引起足够重视。
