我们自1986年3月开展左旋18甲基炔诺酮皮下埋植剂(Ⅰ型)避孕门诊,对150例受术者进行避孕效果观察,现将使用两年的临床观察结果报告于下: 资料与方法 Norplant Ⅰ型是从人口理事会引进,由六根硅胶囊组成,每根胶囊长3.4厘米,直径2.4毫米,内含左旋18甲基炔诺酮36毫克,六根共含216毫克。用10号套管针将硅胶囊通过2毫米左右长的小切口送至上臂内侧时弯上6—8厘米处的皮下,呈75°角扇形排列,埋植后有效避孕期五年。
We started the contraceptive clinic of levonorgestrel 18 (Ⅰ) contraceptives in March 1986 and observed contraceptive effects in 150 patients.
