攀枝花市是大山区的重工业城市,由于地形特殊,城市结构松散,组建市话网要考虑很多特殊情况。本文从实际情况出发,概要阐述了“八五”市话发展规划,并提出了实施规划的对策措施。
Panzhihua City is a heavy industrial city in the mountainous area. Due to its special topography and loose urban structure, it is necessary to consider many special situations when setting up a local telephone network. Based on the actual situation, this article expounds the development planning of the Eighth Five-year Plan and presents some countermeasures to implement the plan.
