以往的研究表明,小麦籽粒颖壳不象水稻谷壳对籽粒有明显的限制,其伸张性较大。Millet等、于振文等用回形针硬质塑料吸管限制籽粒容积的方法,表明籽粒容积是制约粒重的因素之一。Blade等报道有些栽培小麦粒重受籽粒大小的限制。本试验通过去小穗、去叶片改变源库的比率,以及穗部涂激素等方法,研究小麦籽粒体积和充实度的变化规律及其与粒重的关系,为扩大籽粒库容、挖掘粒重潜力提供理论依据。
