自酸枣仁的乙醇提取物中,用氢氧化钾和正丁醇处理,分得总黄酮及总皂甙两部分。对总黄酮进行聚酰胺柱层析,从25％乙醇洗脱液中分得两种黄酮甙,经化学法和光谱法鉴定为Spinosin和Zivulgarin。
From the ethanol extract of Suanzaoren, potassium hydroxide and n-butanol were used to obtain total flavonoids and total saponins. The total flavonoids were subjected to polyamide column chromatography. Two kinds of flavonoid glycosides were separated from the 25% ethanol eluate and identified as Spinosin and Zivulgarin by chemical and spectroscopic methods.
