针对热电厂主蒸汽温度的控制难点,在综合考虑了烟气热量的影响、减温水阀门的非线性特征和一级温度设定值的合理范围等因素后,采用扰动自适应功能的预测控制技术对浙能温州发电厂5号300MW机组的主蒸汽温度进行优化控制,有效减小了主蒸汽温度的波动范围。该控制方式使主汽温在机组负荷190MW以下也能良好运行,应用实践证明该技术具有较高的市场推广价值。
