目的观察祛毒活血中药配合西医干预治疗脓毒症的临床疗效。方法将30例脓毒症患者随机分为治疗组(予西医常规疗法结合祛毒活血方)和对照组(采用西医常规疗法治疗),每组各15例,疗程为7天。观察治疗前后中医证候、APACHEⅡ评分、T淋巴细胞亚群以及TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和IL-10的变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为80.0%、55.3%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候积分和APACHEⅡ评分值均下降(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组同期水平(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和IL-10水平下降(P<0.05),且低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛毒活血中药配合西医常规疗法治疗脓毒症可有效改善患者临床症状,减轻脓毒症的炎症反应。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qudu Huoxue Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating sepsis. Methods Thirty patients with sepsis were randomly divided into treatment group (conventional western medicine combined with Qudu Huoxue Recipe) and control group (conventional western medicine treatment), 15 cases in each group. The course of treatment was 7 days. The changes of TCM syndrome, APACHEⅡscore, T lymphocyte subsets and TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-10 before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 80.0% and 55.3% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes and APACHEⅡwere both decreased (P <0.05), and the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group 6 and IL-10 levels (P <0.05), and lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Qudu Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of sepsis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce inflammation in sepsis.
