对原发性肝癌(PHC)58例,良性肝病62例(包括肝硬化31例,肝血管瘤10例,慢活肝15例,急性肝炎,6例),转移性肝癌10例,正常对照30例。检测血清γ-谷氨硫胺转换酶同功酶Ⅱ(γ-GTⅡ),并且与甲胎蛋白(AFP)及AFP异质体对照。结果显示γ-GTⅡ对PHC有较高的敏感性和特异性,与AFP联合检测可以提高AFP阴性的PHC患者的诊断率,同时还可用以小肝癌的诊断及观察PHC的治疗效果。
