利用研磨法制备固体负载型催化剂Ba(OH)2/Al2O3,在超声波辅助下催化菜籽油制备生物柴油,考察了醇油比、催化剂用量、温度、时间等因素的影响,结果表明:制备负载催化剂Ba(OH)2/Al2O3最佳Ba/Al摩尔配比为1∶2,醇油摩尔比12∶1,催化剂用量为油重的4%,反应温度为65℃,反应时间为1.0h时,酯交换反应转化率可达99.78%。且该固体负载催化剂在回收重复利用5次后,生物柴油的转化率仍接近60%。
The solid supported catalyst Ba (OH) 2 / Al 2 O 3 was prepared by the grinding method. The biodiesel was catalyzed by ultrasonic assisted rapeseed oil. The effects of alcohol and oil ratio, catalyst dosage, temperature and time were investigated. The optimum Ba / Al molar ratio of Ba (OH) 2 / Al2O3 was 1: 2, the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 12: 1, the amount of catalyst was 4% of oil weight, the reaction temperature was 65 ℃ and the reaction time was 1.0h , Transesterification conversion rate up to 99.78%. And after the solid supported catalyst was recycled for 5 times, the conversion rate of biodiesel was still close to 60%.
