运用骨计量学观察了中药(骨松Ⅱ号)对兔切除卵巢诱导的骨质疏松症实验模型的影响,并与尼尔雌醇进行对照。结果显示:骨松Ⅱ号与尼尔雌醇组在BV/TV、OV/BV、OBI、dLs/BS和BFR(T)等参数方面明显高于造模组(OVX)和/或正常对照组(SHAM),骨松Ⅱ号组OV/BV、OB%以及OBI等参数较尼尔雌醇组明显升高。提示:骨松Ⅱ号能增加成骨细胞数量,以产生较多骨质,使骨质疏松症模型兔的骨代谢恢复正平衡,达到防治骨质疏松症的目的;其作用一定程度上优于尼尔雌醇。
Bone histomorphometry was used to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (Qi Song II) on the experimental model of osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy in rabbits and compared with that of nilestriol. The results showed that the parameters of Bone Osteoglobin II and Nilestriol in BV/TV, OV/BV, OBI, dLs/BS, and BFR (T) were significantly higher than those in the modeling group (OVX) and/or normal controls. (SHAM), parameters such as OV/BV, OB%, and OBI in the Gusong II group were significantly higher than those in the Nilestriol group. Tip: Gusong II can increase the number of osteoblasts to produce more bone mass, which can restore the balance of bone metabolism in osteoporosis model rabbits and achieve the purpose of preventing and treating osteoporosis; its effect is better than a certain degree Nilestriol.
