On December 11, 2001, China officially became a member of the World Trade Organization. Began to fulfill their promise of opening up their domestic trade and capital markets while enjoying more stable most-favored nation status and had the opportunity to join other members in WTO’s negotiations on international trade rules. Compared with the conditions of market access granted to each other by the market access conditions for our products from the major trading nations, in the short term, the effect of WTO accession to China in export promotion is less than that of import trade. In particular, within 1 to 2 years of a marked slowdown in the world economy, as a bright spot in maintaining rapid economic growth, her accession to the WTO will inevitably make most countries in the world have a keen hope for an open market in China and an increase in foreign capital inflows Driven by investment as equipment, parts and components import growth accelerated, while the contrast is that the difficulty of export is increasing. Therefore, in the near future after the accession to the WTO, the trade surplus may narrow, so in particular, it should further increase its support for exports.
