二次世界大战对智囊团的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。战后,一批适应社会经济发展、为国家决策服务的智囊机构——“思想库”迅速在世界各国崛起。它们有美国的兰德公司、斯坦福国际咨询研究所、布鲁金斯学会、美国企业公共政策研究所、日本的野村综合研究所、三菱综合研究所、英国的伦敦国际战略研究所、跨国的国际应用系统分析研究所和罗马俱乐部等。这批各具特色的思想库,以它们卓越的成就而在世界上享有盛誉。
The World War II played a huge role in promoting the development of think tanks. After the war, a group of think tanks that adapted to the social and economic development and served for the country’s decision-making - the “think tank” rapidly emerged in various countries in the world. They include RAND Corporation of the United States, Stanford International Consulting Institute, Brookings Institution, American Institute of Corporate Public Policy, Nomura Research Institute of Japan, Mitsubishi Institute of Research, London’s Institute of International Strategic Studies, Transnational International Institute of Applied Systems Analysis and Rome Club. These unique think tanks have earned a reputation in the world for their outstanding achievements.
