新课改要求化学学科的知识与其他学科的知识相互联系并进行科学方法的渗透,而在教学中,教师会有不适应现象,只是一味地追求课堂气氛是否活跃,不去了解学生的实际,知识的教学和能力的培养相互脱节,不能将二者很好地融为一体,教师缺乏真正的课堂反思,更不能了解学生的现状。细细想来,造成上述状况有客观原因存在,但不排除与教师本身也有关。新课标下要求教师有新素养,要与时俱进,如下便是本人对此引发的反思,望与各位同仁共勉。
The new curriculum reform requires that the knowledge of chemistry disciplines be linked with the knowledge of other disciplines and be infiltrated with scientific methods. In teaching, teachers will have to adapt to the phenomenon, but they will simply pursue the active atmosphere of the classroom and do not understand the reality of the students. The teaching of knowledge and the cultivation of the ability are out of touch with each other, and it is impossible to integrate the two well. Teachers lack genuine reflection on the classroom and they cannot understand the current situation of the students. Carefully thought out, there are objective reasons for the existence of the above conditions, but it does not rule out the teachers themselves. Under the new curriculum standard, teachers are required to have new accomplishments and to keep up with the times. The following is a reflection that I personally initiated. I look forward to working with my colleagues.
