文章报道了20个大麦品种与来自西藏不同地区的三个条纹病菌菌系相互作用的结果,表明不同大麦品种对条纹病菌的抗性有差异,以矮秆齐、山青6号、科品2号为较抗;而琼结紫青稞、永8O2、永1394、喜玛拉6号等较感;其余为中抗。不同菌系毒性有差异,以来自拉萨和林芒育成品种上的为强;而来自米林当地青稞上的为弱。这可能表明西藏育成品种提高了抗性,同时加大了对条纹病菌的选择压力。也可能表明西藏大麦条纹病系统较为原始和稳定。结果还指出相同的菌系随培养时间增长毒性下降,这给抗性鉴定,毒力类型的保存带来一定困难。文章还讨论了西藏大麦抗条纹病育种问题。
The article reported the interaction between 20 barley cultivars and three strains of pathogenic bacteria from different regions of Tibet. The results showed that the resistance of different barley cultivars to striped pathogens were different. No. is more resistant; and Joan purple firmness, Yong 8O2, Yong 1394, Himalayan 6 and so on the more sensitive; the rest of the resistance. Different strains of virulence differences, from Lhasa and Lam Man Yuk Sing varieties on the strong; from the local barley from Mi Lin weak. This may indicate that the breeding varieties in Tibet have increased resistance and increased the pressure of selection on striped germs. It may also indicate that the barley stripe disease system in Tibet is primitive and stable. The results also pointed out that the same strain of bacteria increased with time decreased toxicity, which gives resistance identification, the preservation of certain types of virulence difficulties. The article also discussed the anti-stripe disease breeding of barley in Tibet.
