本文通过对人民陪审制度的利弊进行实证分析和理性思考,认为坚持保留人民陪审员制度是依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求,积极探索发挥人民陪审制度作用的新机制是重新构建这一制度的重要举措。
Based on the empirical analysis and rational thinking of the pros and cons of the people’s jury system, I think it is an inevitable requirement to adhere to the system of administering the people’s jurors in order to rule the country by law and to build a socialist country governed by law. A new mechanism for actively exploring the role of the people’s jury system is to reconstruct this System of important measures.
