以钢水凝固过程是多元系相变为出发点,运用时空有限体积法,积分描述二冷动态控制模型的偏微分方程,得到只包含时间导数的半离散形式并进行求解,求得铸坯的温度分布及坯壳厚度。铸坯表面温度计算结果与实测结果接近。该方法求解过程占用内存少,求解时间短,稳定性好。提出了时空有限体积法的概念,阐述了时空有限体积法的基本思想。
Taking the solidification process of molten steel as the starting point of multi-component phase transformation, the finite element method of space-time and integral is used to describe the partial differential equation of the second-order dynamic control model, and the semi-discrete form containing only time derivative is obtained and solved to obtain the temperature distribution of slab And the thickness of the shell.
