选择初中一年级学生为研究对象 ,将其分为强化左侧肢体体育训练为主的实验班和按常规以右侧肢体训练为主的对照班进行了为期近 1年的实验。通过合理安排体育教学内容、方法和手段对儿童少年运动和智力潜能的开发和儿童健康成长的影响进行研究探讨。对实验前后各项运动处方指标 ,心、智能力及学习成绩的综合测试和统计结果发现 :强化左侧肢体体育训练的实验班 ,在左、右和双侧肢体运动技能、智力、心理和学习成绩上 ,以及运动技能与智力和学习成绩的相关性上 ,均比以强化右侧肢体体育训练为主的对照班明显的要高。这表明均衡地发展双侧肢体运动技能 ,更快、更好地开发儿童少年运动和智力潜能 ,培养“全脑型”人 ,是当前中学体育教育改革的一项重要任务。
The first-year junior high school students were chosen as the research object. They were divided into the experimental class which is mainly to strengthen the physical training of the left limb and the control class which is based on the conventional physical training of the right limb for nearly one year. By reasonably arranging PE teaching contents, methods and means, this paper studies the development of children’s juvenile sports and intellectual potential and children’s healthy growth. Comprehensive tests and statistical results on exercise prescriptions, heart, intellectual ability and academic achievements before and after the experiment found that the experimental classes for strengthening the physical training of the left limb were performed on the left, right and bilateral limbs in motor skill, intelligence, psychology and learning Performance, and motor skills and intellectual and academic performance than on the right side of the physical training to strengthen the control group was significantly higher. This shows that it is an important task for current secondary school physical education reform to develop balanced exercise skills of both limbs, to develop children’s sports and intellectual potential faster and better and to cultivate “whole-brain” people.
