Although the state has invested a large amount of capital, sophisticated talents and equipment in its innovation system, its domestic innovation system is still not satisfactory. China has not yet made a major breakthrough in the Nobel prize-winning science level, and research has been severely disconnected from the industrial field. August 1, Science Four Chinese scholars on the Internet Cao Cong, Li Ning, Li Xia, and Liu Li published a paper in the “Political Forum” section of the United States Science magazine. The arrows point directly to the issue of China's science and technology system. The article, “Reforming China's S & T System,” summarizes the problems that exist in China's science and technology system into three broad levels: macro-level coordination
