目的了解福建省市售奶粉特别是婴幼儿配方粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌的污染状况。方法采集福建省市售奶粉样品并按照国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册及食品安全国家标准中蜡样芽孢杆菌的检验方法进行检验。结果共采集409份市售奶粉样品,其中普通奶粉207份,婴幼儿配方奶粉202份。普通奶粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌的检出率为13.20%,婴幼儿配方粉的检出率为11.39%,其中婴儿配方粉的检出率高于较大婴儿及幼儿配方粉的检出率(15.32%、5.13%,P<0.05)。结论福建省市售奶粉中存在一定程度的蜡样芽孢杆菌污染,应加强对奶粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌的监管。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Bacillus cereus in milk powder, especially infant formula in Fujian Province. Methods Samples of milk powder collected from Fujian Province were collected and tested according to the National Foodborne Pathogen Monitoring Manual and the test method of Bacillus cereus in the national food safety standard. Results A total of 409 commercially available milk powder samples were collected, of which 207 were ordinary milk powder and 202 were infant formula milk powder. The detection rate of Bacillus cereus in common milk powder was 13.20%, the detection rate of infant formula powder was 11.39%, the detection rate of infant formula powder was higher than the detection rate of larger infant and child formula powder (15.32 %, 5.13%, P <0.05). Conclusion There is a certain degree of contamination with Bacillus cereus in milk powder commercially available in Fujian Province and the regulation of Bacillus cereus in milk powder should be strengthened.
