培养敢于创新挑战的高素质人才是小学语文教学的重要任务。从人的社会交往活动来看,大凡成功的合作都是“互动”的结果。课堂教学是特定条件下的社会交往活动,师生同样需要互动。教师作为主导如何引领整个语文教学在互动中创新,达到培养学生目的?笔者认为:
It is an important task for Chinese teaching in primary schools to cultivate highly qualified personnel who dare to innovate and challenge. From the perspective of human social interaction activities, the successful cooperation is the result of “interaction”. Classroom teaching is a social interaction under certain conditions. Teachers and students also need to interact with each other. How can teachers as a leader lead the innovation of the whole Chinese teaching in the process of interaction so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students? The author thinks:
