以技能型人才培养为驱动,结合我校实际情况,将小学期教育模式融入到我校各专业人才培养过程中来,是陕西国际商贸学院人才培养的目标之一。本研究以我校英语专业为例,采取访谈和问卷的研究方法,对访谈及问卷的结果进行总结分析,对比其他院校英语专业的小学期教学经验,为我校更好地实施具有校本特色的应用型人才培养提供一些参考。
Driven by skill-based personnel training, combined with the actual situation in our school, integrating the model of primary school education into the cultivation of various professionals in our school is one of the goals of personnel training in Shaanxi International Business College. Taking the English majors in our school as an example, this study adopts interviews and questionnaires to summarize and analyze the results of the interviews and questionnaires. Compared with the teaching experience of other major English majors in primary schools, this study aims to make our school better equipped with school-based features The application of personnel training to provide some reference.
