由教育部委托西安交通大学负责筹备的“振动理论和实验”学术交流会于1978年12月7日在西安召开。共进行八天。出席这次学术交流会的代表共有80个单位117人。其中高等学校43个单位69人;科学院所属系统9个单位15人(包括国家地震局);国防科委系统14个单位17人,一机部所属系统11个单位13人;交通部,水电部系统3个单位3人。会议分二段进行。第一阶段为大组学术交流。第二阶段为小组协调工作。通过讨论,与会代表一致认为:(1)要加强学术的领导,建议在全国力
