采用国际标准或国外先进标准(以下称采用国际标准)是我国的一项重要技术经济政策,它对促进技术进步,提高产品质量和社会经济效益,扩大出口,加速我国技术水平的提高都有着重要的作用。目前,国家非常重视标准化工作,并已取得了一定的成绩。但是,在采用国际标准过程中,有些问题还需要研究探讨,对此,本文仅就某些有关问题谈一点初步看法。
