目的:优选白及粗多糖的提取工艺。方法:采用水提醇沉法,选取温度、时间、料液比三个因素,运用正交设计筛选白及多糖的最佳提取工艺。采用苯酚-硫酸法对白及多糖进行含量测定。结果:通过上述方法优化粗多糖的制备工艺为:提取温度50℃,浸渍90 min,12倍量的水,多糖含量可达87%。结论:该优化工艺条件提取白及多糖简单可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of white and crude polysaccharides. Methods: Water extraction and alcohol precipitation method, temperature, time, the ratio of material to liquid were selected, and the optimal extraction process of white and polysaccharide was screened by orthogonal design. Phenol - sulfuric acid method for the determination of white and polysaccharide content. Results: The optimum preparation conditions of crude polysaccharides were as follows: the extraction temperature was 50 ℃, the content of polysaccharides was up to 87% after soaking for 90 min and 12 times. Conclusion: The optimal conditions for the extraction of white and polysaccharide is simple and feasible.
