患某,女,25岁。主因“左侧卵巢囊肿”入院。查体:T36℃,P82次/分,R18次/分,BP16/12kpa。入院第5天准备在硬膜外麻下行卵巢囊肿切除术,术前30分钟肌注苯巴比妥钠0.1克,注射后约20分钟患者出现面色潮红、烦躁、全身皮肤剧烈搔痒,随即出现片状皮疹,故暂停手术,速给10％葡萄糖酸钙10ml,地塞米松5毫克,维生素C0.5克缓慢静注,苯海拉明20毫克肌注,患者烦躁
