檫树(Sassafras randaiense)属樟科,是重要的森林树种。由于檫树种子萌芽及扦插发根都相当困难,利用胚培养,诱导愈伤组织并获得胚状体再分化的方法,可能应用于檫树的无性繁殖。檫树的种子经表面消毒后,切下胚(长度大约1mm)立刻在无菌条件下接种在液体培养基中。MS培养基的无机盐浓度稀释二分之一倍,作为基本培养基,并附加不同浓度的6-BA,2,4-D 和 NAA。实验结果表明:生长素 NAA 和2,4-D皆可诱导愈伤组织及胚状体形成,且2,4-D 诱导效果较 NAA 大,细
Sassafras randaiense belongs to the Lauraceae family and is an important forest species. As the seedlings of Castanopsis tuberosus seedling and cutting hair root are quite difficult, the use of embryo culture, callus induction and obtain embryoid body redifferentiation method may be applied to the clonal propagation of poplar.
