1995年9月13日上午,山西省委书记胡富国到阳泉市参加省直工委召开的“全省机关党建工作经验交流会”。他在讲话时说:“作为省委书记,我要带头支持省直机关的党建工作,各地、市、县委特别是一把手,也要上下一致抓机关党建。省委要带头支持省直机关的工作,关心他们,理解他们,要给他们交任务、出主意、指路子。省委要当省直工委的后台。”讲到这里时,会场上下掌声雷动,经久不息,表达了与会党务工作者对省重视机关党建的激动之情。
