1案例资料1.1简要案情陈某,2014年4月28日上午,由无证行医人员为其进行静脉点滴青霉素类药物,之前进行了皮试及肌肉注射,静点时观察了约20min后离开。不久,陈某妻子发现其昏迷呼之不应,120急救医生来后,进行抢救,30min后宣布死亡。1.2尸体检验尸表检验左手背见一长0.8cm皮肤划伤并伴有皮下淤血,左上臂前侧下段及左臀部外上象限皮肤
