In July 2010,Stephen Roach reached another turning point in his life.Stephen Roach is no longer based in Hong Kong,but has transferred back to New York,being named Non-Executive Chairman of Asia,as well as teaching at Yale University's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs and the University's School of Management.
