党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》明确指出:构建社会主义和谐社会,关键在党。要提高各级领导班子和领导干部领导社会主义和谐社会建设的本领,以党内和谐促进社会和谐。近年来,大同市委从加强各级领导班子和党员干部队伍建设入手,注重发挥地方党委在构建社会主义和谐社会中的领导核心作用,在以党内和谐促进社会和谐方面作了有益探索。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Building a Socialist Harmonious Society” passed by the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee clearly states that the key to building a harmonious socialist society lies in the party. We must improve the ability of leading bodies and leading cadres at all levels to lead the building of a harmonious socialist society and promote social harmony with harmony within the party. In recent years, Datong Municipal Party Committee started with strengthening the construction of leading bodies and Party members and cadres at all levels and paid attention to giving play to the leadership core role of local Party committees in building a harmonious socialist society, making useful explorations in promoting the harmony within the party.
