This study aimed to observe the physiological and biochemical responses of muscle fibers to different frequency stimuli by continuously stimulating rabbit fast skeletal muscle for 10 months. Materials and Methods 18 New Zealand white rabbits with the same sex and 2.0 ~ 3.0 kg body weight were divided into 3 groups. For each group, left tibialis anterior tibialis muscle (TA) was continuously stimulated for 24h / d for 10 months.
