《中国解放区邮票目录》(修订版)(以下简称《目录》)于1998年出版以来,已历五年,在这五年中经国内外集邮家悉心不倦的挖掘,又有不少区票珍品被发现和新的研究成果。为了更好地满足集邮者,特别是区票集邮者的需要,进一步提高《目录》的品位,有必要把这些新发现、新成果在《目录》中得到反映,对其加以再度修订。笔者根据这几年从接触到的集邮报刊中收集到的有关信息,加以辑录,作为建议,供读者参考。在辑录过程中加入了些个人的认识。此外,笔者在阅读和使用《目录》时,曾发现一些属于疏漏或舛误的地方,顺便一并列出来。为了便于对照,一律按照原书页码和邮票编号的先后次序。
