本文作为钠化钒渣水法提钒新工艺研究的一部分,试验研究了(NH_4)_2CO_3或NH_4OH作沉淀剂从钠化钒渣浸取液中分离钒的工艺条件,试验结果表明,钠化钒渣浸取液需经深度碳酸化及净化除杂,以降低溶液的pH及脱除溶液中大部分杂质,使其组成达到:Na/V=1~1.5,P/V≈0.05,Si/V≈0.005及pH≈8.5。加入适当过量的(NH_2)_2CO_3或NH_4OH,钒沉淀率可达80~90%。沉钒尾液经蒸氨后返回体系,使提钒流程实现闭路循环。
In this paper, as a part of the new technology of vanadium extraction by sodium hydride vanadium slag, the process conditions for the separation of vanadium from (Na_4) _2CO_3 or NH_4OH as leaching agent were studied experimentally. The results showed that vanadium The residue leaching solution needs to be deeply carbonated and purify to remove impurities, so as to reduce the pH of the solution and remove most of the impurities in the solution, so as to achieve the following composition: Na / V = 1~1.5, P / V≈0.05, Si / V ≈0.005 and pH≈8.5. With the appropriate excess of (NH 2) _2 CO_3 or NH_4OH, vanadium precipitation rate of up to 80 ~ 90%.
