视网膜新生血管形成与眼部多种疾病有关,如糖尿病性视网膜病变、眼底血管栓塞等缺血病变、新生儿视网膜病变等,视网膜新生血管形成以及与其相伴的渗出、出血、增生等一系列病理改变可严重破坏眼的结构和功能,并导致患者不可逆的视功能障碍。多种细胞因子参与新生血管生成的调控,其中血管生成素几乎完全特异于血管内皮细胞。近年来血管生成素在视网膜新生血管生成中的作用逐渐被认识,本文就血管生成素家族成员及其受体在视网膜新生血管生成机制的作用进行综述。

In this review, the roles of angiogenin family members and their receptors in retinal neovascularization are reviewed.
