冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是一种常见病,发病率高,死亡率也高。目前对这个病还没有令人满意的防治方法,原因是对引起这种疾病的冠状动脉粥样硬化的病因尚未完全阐明。因此,不可避免地给防治工作带来某些盲目性。多年以来,人们一直对它进行着积极而广泛地研究,然而无可否认,尽管取得的成就是重大的,在现时人们对它的了解仍然是很不够的。
Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (referred to as coronary heart disease) is a common disease, high incidence and high mortality. There is currently no satisfactory control of the disease as the etiology of coronary atherosclerosis causing the disease has not been fully elucidated. Therefore, it is inevitable to bring some blindness to the prevention and control work. People have been actively and extensively studying it for many years. However, it is undeniable that although the achievements made are significant, people’s understanding of it is still not enough.
